By signing below, the undersigned business owner(s) or officer(s) ("Applicant") certifies that they are authorized to act on behalf of the above-named company. Applicant confirms that all information and supporting documentation provided with this application is true, accurate, and complete, and may be relied upon for evaluating this application. Applicant authorizes Good Stewards, its representatives, successors, designees, and third-party lenders ("Assignees") to share this application and supporting documentation as necessary, including with external vendors to facilitate the funding process. This includes NOAA-related documents and other required materials. Applicant consents to Good Stewards and its Assignees requesting, receiving, and reviewing consumer, business, and investigative reports, as well as financial data, including credit card processor and bank statements, from consumer reporting agencies (e.g., TransUnion, Experian, Equifax), creditors, banks, and other third parties to assess eligibility for commercial credit. Applicant also authorizes creditors and financial institutions to release relevant information to Good Stewards and its Assignees. By signing, Applicant consents to receive communications via telephone, email, SMS, and other electronic means from Good Stewards and its authorized representatives, even if listed on federal or state Do Not Call registries. This consent can be revoked at any time by providing written notice to Good Stewards. Applicant waives and releases any claims against Good Stewards, its Assignees, and information providers arising from any acts or omissions related to the request, receipt, or sharing of information in connection with this application. By signing, Applicant acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated above.
