This reservation agreement holds your space while we complete construction and finalize ownership agreements. It’s not a financing application or purchase contract; It is allowing those who fit our qualifying criteria to place a no-risk priority position in obtaining ownership in these high demand projects.

Holding Your Space - Agreement

I am submitting a refundable deposit of $250 to hold my space in The Grove pre-qualification process.
Purpose: This deposit secures priority for pre-approval and a potential ownership opportunity. It does not constitute a binding offer, financing application, or purchase contract.
Refundability: The deposit is fully refundable at any time prior to signing final ownership documents. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of written request.

Timeline: reSpace is targeting May 31, 2026, to be ready for occupancy and will provide final ownership agreements no later than 60 days prior to the anticipated closing.
