PLEASE SIGN BELOW RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY I acknowledge and agree that participation in physical fitness activities and sauna use at VIP Fit Club involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to: abnormal blood pressure, fainting, heart disorders, heart attack, dehydration, heat exhaustion, heat stroke, dizziness, nausea, burns, slips or falls, sprains, muscle strains, blisters, stress fractures, shin splints, tendonitis, cartilage tears, bursitis, back pain, bruising of joints, and other injuries. I understand that exercise, sauna use, and exposure to heat beyond my physical limits and/or accidents involving fitness or sauna equipment may result in serious injury, illness, or even death. I acknowledge that sauna use places additional stress on the cardiovascular system and may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to heart disease, high or low blood pressure, respiratory conditions, pregnancy, or dehydration. I agree that it is my responsibility to consult with and obtain medical clearance from my physician before beginning any exercise program or using the sauna facilities. By signing below, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in fitness activities and sauna use at VIP Fit Club and release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless VIP Fit Club, its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation. FACILITY & MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES I further agree to the following: I will bring and wear a clean pair of training shoes for use inside the facility I will provide a valid photo ID and the payment method used for purchase upon request I will wipe down and properly rack all weights and equipment after use I will follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines I understand sauna sessions must be used responsibly and according to posted time limits ACKNOWLEDGMENT By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Release and Waiver of Liability, including those related to exercise and sauna use.
