Rules & Regulations:

All participants are expected to follow parade organizer instructions.
No Specific lineup spot is guaranteed.
Your place in the parade is not guaranteed until payment is made in full.
Any explicit language or behavior towards the Greater Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce staff or volunteers will result in your entry in the parade being revoked or may receive a fine up to $5,000.
No throwing items from floats. Candy, swag, or flyers may only be handed out at ground level.
Each float must carry a fire extinguisher at all times.
If horses are part of your parade entry, you are responsible for cleanup behind them.
Float size limits:
- Maximum 75 ft in length
- Maximum 8.5 ft in width
- Maximum 13 ft in height (measured from the ground and including the float and any towing vehicle)
No profanity or inappropriate language, imagery, or content is permitted on floats.
All entry vehicles must be in good working condition and capable of towing the float before, during, and after the parade.
All vehicles must be roadworthy, licensed, insured, and driven by a licensed driver.
The licensed driver must be present at all times while in the lineup area.
No ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, or off-road vehicles are permitted unless explicitly authorized by the Greater Idaho Falls Chamber Program Coordinator.
No alcohol is allowed.
No water guns, water, or other liquids may be sprayed or thrown from floats or by parade participants.
Please note: Parade lineup positions are subject to change up until the event.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in your parade position being changed or removal from the parade at any time.
