What You're Purchasing
Cents Savvy LLC will prepare and file a streamlined IRS installment agreement based on the payment amount calculated by the IRS's automated formula. This engagement does not include preparation of Form 433-A or negotiation of a payment amount different from the IRS's calculated figure.
Scope of Services Included:
Retrieval and review of your IRS account transcripts
Verification of Collection Statute Expiration Date (CSED)
Preparation and filing of a streamlined installment agreement application
Confirmation of IRS acceptance or notification of any additional IRS requirements
What Is Not Included:
Financial disclosure (Form 433-A) or negotiation of a lower payment amount
Representation before a Revenue Officer
Offer in Compromise or Currently Not Collectible evaluation
Preparation or filing of any unfiled tax returns
Representation for any tax years or issues not disclosed at the time of engagement
No Guarantee of Outcome
Cents Savvy LLC will perform the services described above in accordance with professional standards. The IRS retains sole authority to approve, deny, or modify any installment agreement request. Cents Savvy LLC does not guarantee IRS approval, a specific payment amount, or a specific resolution outcome.
Timeline
The stated turnaround of 5–7 business days begins after IRS Power of Attorney (POA) approval and applies only when the Client provides all requested documentation and information promptly. Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide requested information, respond to communications, or meet IRS deadlines will extend this timeline, and Cents Savvy LLC is not responsible for delays outside its control, including IRS processing times.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to: provide accurate and complete financial information; respond to requests from Cents Savvy LLC within 3 business days; and notify Cents Savvy LLC immediately of any new IRS correspondence received directly.
Fees and Refund Policy
The $1,995 fee compensates Cents Savvy LLC for professional services rendered, not for a guaranteed outcome. Once work has commenced (including transcript retrieval and case analysis), the fee is non-refundable. If Cents Savvy LLC has not yet begun work, a refund request made within 48 hours of payment will be honored in full.
Chargeback Acknowledgment
The Client agrees that initiating a payment dispute or chargeback for services that have been rendered, in whole or in part, constitutes a breach of this agreement. The Client agrees to first contact Cents Savvy LLC directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute with their card issuer or payment provider.
