I understand the dress remains the property of McGovern Irish Dance at all times.

I understand the dress is assigned to one dancer only and may not be passed down, shared, or transferred to siblings or other dancers.

I agree to care for the dress and return it in good condition when requested.

I accept responsibility for excessive damage, loss, or failure to return the dress.

I understand McGovern Irish Dance may update or replace the school dress design in the future, and participation in the rental program may require transitioning to the new design.
