You agree to follow copyright laws and licensing procedures for some TV Shows and Movies. If you are found guilty and PTWWN Broadcasting is penalized, you are responsible for any payments or fees thay may occur.

Ad Campaigns- The grant program that provide free TV airtime require you to run a minimum of 3 ads out of the 4 ads that we will provide you to run on your TV Show in each episode. If you choose not to run the ads, this agreement would switch over to a paid TV airtime agreement at $1200.00 per month.

You agree to run the ads we provide you in your TV Show on our our live channel as well as your On Demand Video Channel, that we will provide you. You will receive the ads within 7-10 days of signing this form.

What time of the day is the best time to call you for a Welcome Call. Welcome calls are usually within 7 days of signing up.

I authorize PTWWN Broadcasting to process my payments with my debit or credit card by phone or form. All payments are non-refundable, but we can provide the equivalent in other services of PTWWN TV.
