BY SIGNING BELOW, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

A signed enrollment agreement and full payment are required to join this course.
All sales are final. There are no refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations - under any circumstances.
Students must present a valid, unexpired government‑issued photo ID before the first lesson.
Students understand the Tax Academy does not officially begin until September; exact dates will be provided in advance.
Due to the nature and timing of the course, students must attend all lessons, as each builds on the previous one. Missing any lesson forfeits both academy access and payment.
Course materials (live sessions, recordings, handouts) remain the property of Clarity Tax Group and may not be shared or redistributed.
Students must be on time, and their camera must remain turned on for the entire session - no exceptions. Failure to keep your camera on will result in forfeiture of your payment and removal from the academy.
