Sworn Statement
Hereby declares:
To be a user of recreational or therapeutic cannabis due to having been diagnosed with a condition for which cannabis is effective in alleviating symptoms.
To be a tobacco consumer or to have no issue with others consuming tobacco within the premises of the entity.
His/her willingness to join as a member.
Not to have any criminal records related to crimes against public health.
To have read and fully accepted the Statutes that govern the entity, and to commit to complying with them, as well as the Internal Regulations, observing its social purposes and respecting the decisions of its governing bodies.
To be aware of and pay special attention to the following provisions:
Article 36.16 of Organic Law 4/2015, of March 30, on the Protection of Citizen Security:
The consumption or illegal possession of toxic drugs, narcotics, or psychotropic substances, even if not intended for trafficking, in public places, streets, public establishments, or collective transport, as well as the abandonment of instruments or other items used for this purpose in those places.
Article 368 of the Spanish Penal Code, Organic Law 10/1995:
Those who engage in acts of cultivation, preparation, or trafficking, or otherwise promote, favor, or facilitate the illegal consumption of toxic drugs, narcotics, or psychotropic substances, or possess them for such purposes, shall be punished with imprisonment from three to six years and a fine from the value of the drugs in question, if they are substances or products that cause serious harm to health, and imprisonment from one to three years and a fine from twice the value of the drugs in other cases.
Article 18 of the Spanish Constitution:
The right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one's own image is guaranteed.
The home is inviolable. No entry or search may be made without the consent of the owner or a judicial resolution, except in cases of flagrant crime.
The secrecy of communications is guaranteed, especially postal, telegraphic, and telephone communications, except by judicial resolution.
The law will limit the use of computers to guarantee the honor and privacy of citizens and the full exercise of their rights.
Article 22 of the Spanish Constitution:
The right of association is recognized.
Associations that pursue objectives or use means classified as crimes are illegal.
Associations established under this article must be registered in a public registry solely for publicity purposes.
Associations can only be dissolved or have their activities suspended by a reasoned judicial resolution.
Secret associations and paramilitary ones are prohibited.

Declaración jurada
Por la presente declara:
- Ser usuario/a de cannabis lúdico o terapéutico por haber sido diagnosticado/a de alguna enfermedad para la cual el cannabis sea eficaz para
paliar sus síntomas.
- Ser consumidor de tabaco o asumir no tener problemas con que otros lo consuman en el recinto de la entidad.
- Su voluntad de pertenecer como asociado/a.
- No tener antecedentes penales relativos a delitos contra la salud pública.
- Haber leído y aceptado en su totalidad los Estatutos que rigen la entidad, y su compromiso de cumplirlos, a la vez que el reglamento de
Régimen Interno, observando sus fines sociales y respetando las decisiones de sus órganos de gobierno.
- Conocer y poner especial atención a los siguientes preceptos:
El artículo 36.16 de la Ley Orgánica 4/2015, de 30 de marzo, de protección de la seguridad ciudadana:
El consumo o la tenencia ilícitos de drogas tóxicas, estupefacientes o sustancias psicotrópicas, aunque no estuvieran destinadas al tráfico, en
lugares, vías, establecimientos públicos o transportes colectivos, así como el abandono de los instrumentos u otros efectos empleados para ello
en los citados lugares.
El artículo 368 del Código Penal Español, Ley Orgánica 10/1995:
Los que ejecuten actos de cultivo, elaboración o tráfico, o de otro modo promuevan, favorezcan o faciliten el consumo ilegal de drogas tóxicas,
estupefacientes o sustancias psicotrópicas, o las posean con aquellos fines, serán castigados con las penas de prisión de tres a seis años ymulta del tanto al triplo del valor de la droga objeto del delito si se tratare de sustancias o productos que causen grave daño a la salud, y de
prisión de uno a tres años y multa del tanto al duplo en los demás casos.
El artículo 18 de la Constitución Española:
1. Se garantiza el derecho al honor, a la intimidad personal y familiar y a la propia imagen.
2. El domicilio es inviolable. Ninguna entrada o registro podrá hacerse en el sin consentimiento del titular o resolución judicial, salvo en caso de
flagrante delito.
3. Se garantiza el secreto de las comunicaciones y, en especial, de las postales, telegráficas y telefónicas, salvo resolución judicial.
4. La Ley limitará el uso de la informática para garantizar el honor y la intimidad personal y familiar de los ciudadanos y el pleno ejercicio de sus
derechos.
El artículo 22 de la Constitución Española:
1. Se reconoce el derecho de asociación.
2. Las asociaciones que persigan fines o utilicen medios tipificados como delito son ilegales.
3. Las asociaciones constituidas al amparo de este artículo deberán inscribirse en un registro a los solos efectos de publicidad.
4. Las asociaciones sólo podrán ser disueltas o suspendidas en sus actividades en virtud de resolución judicial motivada.
5. Se prohíben las asociaciones secretas y las de carácter paramilitar.
