Employee Application Requirement

  • Employees will be required to wear the company uniform.

  • This job requires employees ability to periodically lift, push, and pull 100 pounds or more.

  • Employees will be required to work outside in increased temperatures or rain.

  • Employees will be expected to communicate clearly and respectfully to your coworkers, staff and customers.

  • Employees will need to provide your own transportation to and from The Marques Amusement Company.

  • Employees will be required to have all items delivered and set up prior to the start of each customers event.

  • Employees will be required to call each customer prior to their event letting them know you are in route.

  • Employees will train the customer to operate the Blower upon leaving so they are equipped to turn it on/off in case of an emergency.

What to expect on a typical day at The MAC?

  • A typical day is 6:00am-10:00pm.

  • Our busy days are Friday and Saturday and Sundays with Saturday being the busiest. We occasionally have events during the week.

  • We typically load the equipment on Thursdays or Fridays in preparation for the following day in order to be more efficient.

  • Delivery typically begins at 7am and ends around 2pm. (The Driver or Event Crew Personnel will be expected to call customers prior to delivery and pick up).

  • Pick up typically begins between 4-5pm unless earlier pick up is requested by customer. The last pick up will be no later than 10pm but will be determined per customer. (The Driver or Event Crew Personnel will be expected to call customers prior to delivery and pick up).

  • Both driver and Event Crew will be expected to communicate with each customer asking them their preferred placement of each item prior to setting up.

  • Employees will be paid hourly including preload time, delivery, set up, pick up, sanitizing equipment, and travel time. Employees will NOT be paid during break hours.
