Please note that vendor fees are non-refundable. This policy is in place to uphold our commitment to integrity, ethics, and fairness. To ensure every vendor has a fair chance at success, we limit the offering of duplicate products or services at the event. By participating, you acknowledge that KWCN will not be held liable or responsible for any harm, damage, or issues caused by your products or services purchased by attendees.
