By submitting this form, I understand and agree to the following:

1. Public Display Consent
   I give Boujie and Beyond™ and Tyler Gines permission to publicly share the content I submit (including text, images, video/audio files) as part of The Boujie Bridge™ memorial wall, website, and/or social platforms. I understand that minor edits may be made for clarity, formatting, or consistency with the brand’s aesthetic and tone.

2. Ownership & Rights
   I confirm that I have full rights to all content I submit, including photos or videos of the animal. I understand that while I retain ownership of my submission, I grant Boujie and Beyond™ a perpetual, non-exclusive right to use this material for public display, marketing, or remembrance purposes.

3. Channeled Messages & Spiritual Content
   I acknowledge that any intuitive or channeled message received from Tyler Gines is not a clinical diagnosis, veterinary service, or guaranteed communication from a specific entity. I understand this is a spiritual and energetic offering meant for comfort and personal insight only.

4. Emotional Content Disclaimer
   I understand that reflecting on the life and passing of my beloved animal may stir emotions, and I agree that I am voluntarily submitting content with the emotional readiness to engage in this sacred remembrance process.

5. Edits, Removal, or Updates
   I may request edits or removal of my tribute by emailing [email protected]. Boujie and Beyond™ reserves the right to honor, delay, or deny updates at their discretion to preserve the integrity of the memorial wall.

6. Marketing Acknowledgment (Optional)
   I understand that my tribute may be featured in Boujie and Beyond™ newsletters, social media, or marketing materials in the spirit of celebration and remembrance. No financial compensation is provided for published content.
