RULES, REGULATIONS & WAIVER

Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned, hereby declare that the child named above (hereinafter referred to as "the Participant") is in sound physical health and capable of participating in dance classes at Freedom School of Dance.

Payment Policy

I understand that I am responsible for paying tuition in full no less than 30 days before the start of each camp or immediately upon registering if the registration occurs less than 30 days before the camp begins. Failure to do so may result in the Participant's exclusion from their registered class until the outstanding balance is settled.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellation Before Camp Starts

- Cancellations made at least 28 days before the start date of the camp session will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.

- Cancellations made between 7 and 27 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund.

- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date of the camp session.

Cancellation After Camp Starts

- No refunds will be issued for cancellations once the camp session has begun.

Medical Cancellations

- In the case of a medical emergency or illness, a prorated refund may be considered with a valid doctor’s note, minus a $25 administrative fee.

Weather-Related Cancellations

- If camp sessions are cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, efforts will be made to reschedule the missed days. No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations.

Camp Closure

- If the camp is required to close for any reason beyond our control (e.g., health emergency, natural disaster), refunds will be prorated based on the number of camp days missed.

To cancel a camp registration, please contact our office via email. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

Liability Waiver

I understand and agree that Freedom School of Dance and its instructors shall not be held responsible for any claims of damage or injury of any kind to any person(s) practicing, instructing, or participating in any dance activity.

Behavior Policy

Freedom School of Dance has a zero-tolerance policy for bullying (physical, mental, emotional, cyber and otherwise), harassment, and foul language toward its staff, dancers, families, and other patrons. This applies to all individuals participating in studio operations. Freedom School of Dance, at the discretion of the Executive Director, reserves the right to refuse or expel anyone of a disruptive and unruly nature from the dance school or any events in which Freedom School of Dance is participating.

Photo/Video Release

Freedom School of Dance reserves the right to use photos and videos of the Participant for marketing purposes.
