We are looking for an operations manager to join our team! The ideal candidate is technically sharp, detail-oriented, and excited about building automations and integrations that help businesses scale.
GrowYourOffer is a performance marketing agency for info-product and coaching brands. We build and run the full client acquisition machine for our clients: webinar funnels, VSLs, paid ads, email/SMS sequences, and setter/closer sales teams. We work on a profit-share model, so we only make money when our clients do. The systems are built, the clients are live, the team is in place.
We're hiring the person who runs all of it.
You are the operational owner of the agency. Client delivery, team management, internal systems, quality, and timelines all report to you. The founder is stepping out of day-to-day operations entirely to focus on growth and new deals. Your job is to make that possible.
The measure of success is simple and we'll hold both of us to it: within 90 days, the agency runs better with the founder out of operations than it did with him in them.
Client delivery. Every account, every launch. Webinar funnels, creative production, ad campaigns, setter and closer performance. Everything ships on time, at standard, without the founder involved.
The team. CMO, CTO, copywriter, sales manager, EA, and contractors. You set expectations, run accountability, plan capacity ahead of demand, and make hiring and firing recommendations.
Internal systems. We run on ClickUp, Slack, and GoHighLevel with heavy automation and a documented SOP library. You master it quickly, keep it current, and improve it on your own initiative.
The numbers. Delivery timelines, client profitability, team output, and monthly commission reconciliation. You know them cold and act before being asked.
Finishing. Loose ends, half-done projects, and things nobody owns become your responsibility. The era of unfinished work ends with you.
2+ years operating inside the info-product, coaching, or high-ticket agency space. You already know what show rate, cash collected, and setter/closer splits mean. We will not train you on the industry.
Experience running delivery across multiple clients or offers at the same time, with real revenue on the line.
A track record of finishing. We will ask for specific examples of projects you closed out and problems you fixed that nobody assigned to you.
Full-time availability with real overlap with US business hours (Eastern time). This cannot be one of several client engagements.
Fluent written and spoken English. Most of the job happens in writing, in Slack.
Strong with ClickUp (or an equivalent PM tool at power-user level) and comfortable working inside automated systems. GoHighLevel experience is a plus.
