This job is very physically demanding

  • Standing,bending, scrubbing etc… for up to 8 hours a day

  • Its like going to the gym for 8 hours a day!

  • Have you ever cleaned houses before other than your own?

  • Some people are dirtier than others so you will go into very dirty homes

Attendance is very important!

  • We give you all the supplies you need to do the job 

  • Not only do we want to wow the customer but our core values are very important to us as well!!

  • Everyone has to work as a team, treat each other well

What we offer

  • At Least one week of training with a lead tech

  • Training is $17.90 per hour then it is a commission based job

  • So the better that you do and follow the training.  WOW the customer and maintain timeliness the more you'll make.  Our techs are averaging about $900 a week plus tips.

  • If you are struggling with anything we will provide additional training for you


Compensation

  • This is a commission(%) based job

  • You are paid based on how many homes you clean per week

  • Paid weekly

  • If you follow our process and keep up with quality, speed, team work etc.. you’ll make very good money

  • Our techs that follow the process make about $900 a week plus tips others make more 

  • We have over 330 recurring customers plus adding new everyday plus one times
