Postpartum Return to Fitness Program
This is a 6 week program for any women postpartum (0-5 years) who is looking to get back into fitness but struggling with where to start! You will leave this program feeling confident in the gym!
In-person fitness classes will be Tuesdays at 7am and Thursdays at 10:30am. Childcare is offered at the Thursday class.
Our 3 expert-led, on-demand video sessions include:
Session 1: Deep dive into return to fitness, how to choose weight, sets and reps.
Session 2: Deep dive into core rehab postpartum.
Session 3: Postpartum nutrition to complement your strength training, what are macronutrients and how much protein do I need?
Plus a Q&A group call to ask questions and discuss what you've learned.
1:1 30 minute virtual visit with therapist will be scheduled after registration (many weekday options available)
Upon registration, you will be emailed a confirmation. As well as a questionnaire to complete before your first class! We can't wait to see you!
