By joining HER Healing Hub, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms of participation:

I understand that HER Healing Hub is a private, members-only community. I agree to maintain the confidentiality of all content, discussions, personal stories, and shared experiences within the community. I will not copy, distribute, record, or share any materials, conversations, or member content outside of the platform without explicit written consent.
I acknowledge that all content within HER Healing Hub—including but not limited to videos, downloads, prompts, graphics, rituals, meditations, group recordings, and educational materials—is the intellectual property of Jenn Rodriguez and The Evolution of HER, LLC. I agree not to reproduce, share, modify, resell, or present any of this content as my own.
I consent to the respectful use of my written/audio contributions (such as comments, shared insights, discussions or testimonials) for marketing and educational purposes. I understand that any such use will never include my image, name, or identifying details without additional written consent.
I agree to engage in this community with integrity, respect, and personal responsibility. I will not offer unsolicited advice, engage in harassment or bullying of any kind, or disrupt the safety of the space. I understand that failure to adhere to these terms may result in removal from the community without refund.
I understand that this community is not therapy and is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. I take full responsibility for my emotional and psychological well-being while participating in HER Healing Hub and will seek appropriate professional care when needed.
