Baptism Sign-Up

Our next Baptisms will take place Sunday, April 19th during the 11am service.

Before submitting this form, please review the baptism document at the link here.

We will provide a Baptism shirt for you on the day of your scheduled baptism. Please wear black shorts or pants for the baptism (we have extra shorts, if needed), and bring a towel and change of clothes for afterwards. Once you fill out your form, we'll reach out with reminders and additional instructions.

REPENTANCE - Acts 2:38 says, "Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." Have you chosen to repent/turn from your sins? *

COUNTING THE COST - In Luke 9:23, Jesus said, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me." What do you think you will have to give up/deny yourself of? What do you think will be hard/a daily cross? Are you willing to walk this out for Jesus? *

GETTING BAPTIZED - Is there another follower of Jesus who has played a role in your decision to follow Jesus and be baptized that you would like to baptize you?
