Suspension Guidelines

Suspensions to be submitted at least 7 days in advance so we are able to process before your next payment.
Suspension requests are 2 weeks minimum and up to 6 weeks maximum per calendar year for standard requests.
Exceptional circumstances include pregnancy, or if you have injury/illness requiring more than 6 weeks off (medical certificate supplied before approval).
There is a $20 administration charge for each request.
Suspensions to run Monday-Sunday.
