Ministry Vision and Statement of Purpose:
Essential Energy Ministry ("EEM") is a faith-based ministry operating in accord with 508(c)(1)(a) for the purpose of advancing stewardship, education, restoration, and compassionate service. Our mission is to encourage the wise stewardship of all that has been entrusted to humanity: body, mind, soul, spirit, family, land, community, and creation itself. We believe that environments of peace, order, and harmony support the flourishing of individuals and communities and provide opportunities for deeper connection with God, neighbor, and the natural world. Through education, consultation, ministry outreach, and the sharing of products and technologies consistent with our sincerely held understanding and mission, EEM seeks to equip individuals and organizations with practical tools intended to support this vision of stewardship. The EMF SAFE CLINIC Certification Program exists to recognize participating clinics that desire to create environments aligned with these principles through voluntary participation in EEM's educational standards and implementation guidance. Participation in this program is intended to promote informed stewardship and education. It is not intended to establish a physician-patient relationship, replace independent professional judgment, or constitute the practice of medicine.
Nature of the Relationship
Participation in the EMF SAFE CLINIC Certification Program constitutes a voluntary relationship between Essential Energy Ministry and the participating clinic.
The parties acknowledge that:
Essential Energy Ministry is not a medical provider;
Essential Energy Ministry does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate disease;
Participation does not create an agency relationship, partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or fiduciary duty between the parties;
Clinics retain sole responsibility for their independent operations, patient care, staffing decisions, legal compliance, and professional judgment.
