By submitting this application I agree to, and understand that this application for admission to the Pre-College Development Academy will not be reviewed until all academic information such as school transcripts and test scores have been submitted as well as the $35 non-refundable application fee has been received.

I acknowledge that the information given in this application is true to the best of my knowledge and I am willing to comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the Pre-College Development Academy.

If anything is found to be intentionally inaccurate, the Pre-College Development reserves the right to retract any offer of admission and, subsequently, remove the student from the Academy without refund.
