All students must be up-to-date on their vaccination schedule. Please bring your child’s vaccination booklet (oltási könyv) for sighting by Lotti & Maxim staff.

All items on this and the following two pages (pgs 3-5) are voluntary, and are not compulsory for admission to our school. However, they do allow us to better assess your child for admission, and ensure we can provide full support in their schooling.
We regularly send out information via email to our parents, including school news and updates, and announcements about school activities and events. If you would like to receive this information,please list your email address below.
In case of emergencies where you cannot be reached, it can be more reassuring for a child to be collected by someone s/he knows. We request that parents of students provide at least one additional contact person.
Please consider whom you name as contact persons. Due to privacy legislation in Europe, we can only retain the personal data of an individual with the consent of that individual. Please notify your additional/emergency contacts and ask them to contact us at [email protected] or +36 20 259 5799 to provide their full name, relationship to child, a phone number/email they can be reached at, and confirm their consent. Until we receive explicit consent, we are unable to record or retain emergency contact information.

Lotti & Maxim English Montessori School is a part of Ökö-Hámor Környezetvédelmi Nonprofit Kft. This privacy policy will explain why, what type, for what purpose and how our organisation uses the personal data we collect from you when you apply to enroll your child in our school. Lotti & Maxim uses this data so that we can:

What data do we collect?
Lotti & Maxim collects the following data:
Personal Identification Information (name)
Contact information (telephone number, email address)
Medical information necessary for vital interests in the provision of care of children enrolled at the school
Documents that fulfil legal obligations (for example date of birth and nationality) to prove a child’s legal status and eligibility to be enrolled at a Hungarian school
Other information that helps us to understand more about your child’s background and learn more about how we can fulfill our promise of providing the most suitable and tailored program for the well-being and progress of your child (such as their academic history, your assessment of their academic, social and emotional development, and how you see a Montessori education facilitating your child’s development)
Where is the data we have about you and your child from?
You directly provide Lotti & Maxim with the data below when you:
Complete an application form
Provide documentation necessary for the provision of care of children on our campuses
Voluntarily provide additional information via email, in person, or telephone
Voluntarily complete a survey or provide feedback electronically or in person
What allows us to use this information?
By filling out and submitting the enrollment form, providing documents personally or via electronic communication, you voluntarily provide information and present by a clear affirmative act establishing a freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of agreement regarding the processing of your and your child’s personal data. This will be confirmed in writing at our first personal meeting or at latest within 30 days from starting the application process. (Article 6. No1. (a) GDPR)
The legitimate basis for conducting any further processing of your and your child’s personal data after the initial enrollment of your child’s enrollment is complete, will be the fulfillment of our untaken obligations stated in the contract between us (Article 6. No.1 (b) GDPR). Prior to any further personal data processing, we will provide to you our Privacy Policy regarding your child’s care taking and education process and progress in our school.
How long will we store your data?
Lotti & Maxim stores your data securely at our Hárshegyi út and Egyetem tér campuses, under lock and key. Data is stored in hard-copy, unless you also provide to us digital files, which are also stored on site. Should your application for enrollment be unsuccessful, Lotti & Maxim will delete data received about you and your child immediately after - unless you declare your consent to a longer duration of storage of data or particular data that, under legal obligation, must be stored by the school. If this is the case, we will provide clear notification to you. Your personal data is not processed for other purposes without a separate affirmative act or written consent.
How is your personal data and your privacy protected?
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures for ensuring that your personal data is not made accessible other than by an authorised employee working for and following the directives of GDPR. We are committed to protecting personal data by applying the necessary physical and electronic measures (such as an alarm system), keeping files in locked cupboards, regular servicing of fire alarm, contracting only with reliable service providers, continuously maintaining our IT infrastructure, protecting our computer system and network against computer-aided fraud, computer viruses and computer intrusion, as well as password
protection on all electronic devices.

If there is a situation when you believe there to be mismanagement of your or your child’s personal data or violation of your rights and freedoms, it would be appreciated if you turn directly to us. Your case will be investigated promptly, and you will be informed about its outcome without undue delay - at latest within a month.
If your complaint is determined to be well-founded, we will act upon this finding by establishing or restoring lawful personal data processing or immediately ceasing to process data that adversely affects you.

Lotti & Maxim English Montessori accepts children of any race, creed, nationality, background or ability. Acceptance of children is not guaranteed, and is made on an individual basis. Consideration is given to class composition and support for presently-enrolled students.
Submission of this application form does not constitute guaranteed acceptance or enrollment into Lotti & Maxim.
What's included in the fees
For Toddler and Primary group: summer session, meal plan, swimming class, music class, art class and field trips.
For Elementary group: summer session, meal plan, swimming class, music class, art class and field trips plus Hungarian lessons with a trained Hungarian teacher following the governmental requirements.
I have included the one-time registration fee of 75 000. I understand this fee is not refundable once my child has been formally enrolled at the school.
I have included the deposit equal to one month’s tuition. I understand
this deposit is refundable at the end of my child’s time with the school, subject to any outstanding fees or payments due to Lotti & Maxim
Monthly tuition fees must be paid before or by the 10th day of each month they are due. Term fees must be paid by the 10th day of September and February, and Annual fees must be paid by the 10th day of September, for each year your child is enrolled. A late fee of 10 000 may be charged for payments made after the last day they are due.
