If you are outside your minimum term, we can offer a maximum 3-week hold on your app access and subscription payments. Please contact us HERE, and we will apply this to your account.

If you have not yet reached your minimum term, your account will be set to cancel when your minimum term is reached. Our team will inform you of this date when your cancellation request is processed.
