
The First Five is a 5-week rebuild phase designed to restore strength, rebuild your routine, and fix the weak links that keep setting you back. It’s not a challenge. It’s not random workouts. It’s structured onboarding into real training.
If you’ve fallen off, done physical therapy but still don’t feel strong, or feel stuck somewhere between rehab and “real workouts,” this is your bridge. We don’t jump straight into advanced programming. We rebuild your base the right way.
Over five weeks, you’ll focus on daily movement consistency, joint-friendly strength, and reinforcing posture, core stability, and glute activation. Each week builds on the last so you’re not guessing what to do next or bouncing between programs. It’s low-impact, home-friendly, and intentionally structured so your body adapts instead of flares up.
Inside the program, you’ll follow 20–30 minute strength sessions using bands and bodyweight inside my private coaching app. You’ll have clear weekly progression, built-in habit tracking, and accountability that doesn’t rely on motivation. You’ll also have direct access to coaching support and a community that’s rebuilding alongside you.
