$300 the first two weeks of training and then $360 weekly plus monthly commission

Results to be Generated:
Successfully achieve a 40% lead-to-sale conversion rate.
Retain at least 40% of initial cleaning services as recurring clients.
Respond to leads inquiries and resolve any issues swiftly, adhering to a 99% response rate within business hours.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills, capable of persuasive and clear interaction with potential and existing clients.
Proven sales acumen with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Effective time management to balance lead follow-up, client interaction, and sales closure.
Customer-focused approach with a knack for building long-term relationships.
