For Brokers and Connectors: The fees listed below are our base fees. Be sure to add your own fee on top before presenting numbers to your borrower.*

Fee Structure:

$0–3k = $1,500

$3001-$5k=$2,000

$5,001–10k = $3,500

$10,001-15 = $4500

$15,001–25k = $6,500

$25,001–50k = $12,500

$50,001–75k = $22,500

$75,001–100k = $30,000

❌ EMD loans above $100k require additional approval—thanks for understanding! And, don't worry, you still submit the same way!

💸 REQUIRED UPFRONT

We require a 5% upfront fee to lock in EMD funding. That means 5% of the total amount the loan is for. The minimum fee amount collected on all loans is $500.

This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and ABSOLUTELY credits toward your total fee for the loan.

This fee is paid directly via Zelle or wire (if you choose), with the remaining fee balance reflected in your paperwork. Because time is of essence, we typically use Zelle, but you are always welcome to wire.
