I understand my sponsorship supports Holidays at LaTerré Patieaux on Saturday, December 12, 2026, and that payment is non-refundable once The Patieaux Chick accepts it. The Patieaux Chick may decline any sponsorship before accepting it and will refund a declined payment in full. Recognition benefits are delivered as described for my level. Printed recognition depends on receiving my logo and details by the deadline the team gives me, and benefits missed because of late materials are not refunded. The Patieaux Chick decides the final design, size, and placement of all recognition. Recognition does not mean The Patieaux Chick endorses my business, or that I endorse The Patieaux Chick. Any event tickets included with my level are for my guests only and can’t be resold. Any Adopt a Family gift, in cash or items, goes toward the family assigned to me, and items must be new and delivered by the deadline the team gives me. The event date will only change if severe weather, a government order, or a safety emergency makes it unsafe to hold the event that day. In that case, my sponsorship applies to the new date. If The Patieaux Chick cancels the event and does not set a new date, The Patieaux Chick will either apply my sponsorship to a future community event or refund it, at its discretion. The Patieaux Chick may remove recognition from any sponsor whose conduct conflicts with the family-focused nature of the event. My contribution is not tax-deductible unless The Patieaux Chick confirms otherwise in writing. I grant The Patieaux Chick permission to use my name, business name, and logo on event materials, the website, social media, and future promotion, and I confirm I have the rights to any logo I upload. If I or my guests attend, I agree that The Patieaux Chick may photograph, film, and record us, and may use, edit, and publish that content in any media, with no payment and no right to review or approve. I authorize this charge and agree to contact The Patieaux Chick before disputing it with my bank. Checking this box is my electronic signature. This agreement is governed by Texas law.
