Bay Area Connect Conference – Speaker Application

Due to high demand and limited speaking slots, we’ve transitioned from a first-come, first-served model to a curated application process. This allows us to thoughtfully design a program that delivers the most value through a diverse range of topics and speakers.

Please note:

  • Previous speakers are encouraged to apply, provided they have not spoken at both of the last two conferences.

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee a speaking slot.

  • All topics will be carefully reviewed in relation to other applicants to ensure a cohesive event experience.

  • The review process will take approximately 30 days after the application deadline, and all applicants will be notified of their status.

  • If selected, the speaking opportunity offered will depend on both your preference and what the organizers believes will create the strongest overall program.

  • All Main Stage and Spotlight speakers will have one 6' table at the Business Expo.

  • Panelists may purchase an exhibitor table at a discounted rate (see below).

Speaker Opportunities

  • Main Stage Speaker (30 minutes) – $1,500

  • Spotlight Speaker (15 minutes) – $750

  • Panelist (45-minute moderated Q&A, 4–5 speakers) – $325

  • Panelist + 6-foot exhibitor table - $700 ($75 savings)
