Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation. Nevada Partners does not accommodate private events such as birthdays or retirement parties. All requests must be submitted at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the event date.

In-kind events should be community-focused, beneficial, and free for community members. Following each in-kind event, a brief survey must be completed for reporting purposes. Failure to submit this survey may affect eligibility for future in-kind event opportunities at Nevada Partners.

Users of the Nevada Partners facility assume all risks and agree to hold Nevada Partners harmless from any liability, claims, or damages arising from the use of the premises. For any inquiries, please contact us at [email protected].

Beginning November 1, 2025, all rooms will be set up in classroom-style. If your event requires a different room setup, an fee will apply.
