Facility Use Request Form

We appreciate your interest in hosting your event at Nevada Partners. Upon completion of this form, we will contact you within 48 business hours to discuss details and availability before finalizing your booking. Please be aware that submitting a request does not guarantee a space in our facility. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate private events such as birthdays and retirements at this time. Requests must be submitted at least fourteen (14) business days prior to the event. In-kind events should be community-focused, beneficial, and free for community members. Following in-kind events, a brief survey must be completed for reporting purposes. Failure to do so may impact future in-kind event opportunities at Nevada Partners.
