Facility Use Request Form

We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to accept any requests for the remainder of the year. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

After you fill out this form, we will contact you to go over details and availability before your booking is completed within 48 business hours. Submitting a request does not guarantee a space in our facility. We are not able to host private events at this time. Requests must be submitted at least seven (7) business days prior to the event. In-kind events must be open to the community, benefit the community, and at no cost to the community members. Liability Insurance is required for all events. Facility usage hours: Monday - Saturday between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. (Excluding Holidays)

Nevada Partners will be closed from Thursday, December 21st - Tuesday, January 2nd.
