We appreciate your interest in hosting your event at Nevada Partners. After you submit this form, a member of our team will contact you within 48 business hours to review your request, discuss details, and confirm availability prior to finalizing any reservation.
Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation. Nevada Partners does not host private events such as birthdays or retirement parties. All requests must be submitted at least fourteen (14) business days in advance of the requested event date.
In-kind events must be community-focused, free to the public, and designed to benefit community members. Following each in-kind event, a brief post-event survey is required for reporting purposes. Failure to complete this survey may impact eligibility for future in-kind event opportunities at Nevada Partners.

Facility Hours: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (excluding holidays)
Beginning November 1, 2025, all rooms will be set up in a classroom-style layout. If your event requires a different setup, an additional fee will apply.
Please note: We are currently not accepting new facility requests for June and July. Please check back in August for availability.
