We appreciate your interest in hosting your event at Nevada Partners. After you submit this form, a member of our team will contact you within 48 business hours to review your request, discuss details, and confirm availability prior to finalizing any reservation.

Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation. Nevada Partners does not host private events such as birthdays or retirement parties. All requests must be submitted at least fourteen (14) business days in advance of the requested event date. Reservations can be made up to three months in advance.

• Facility Hours: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (excluding holidays)

• Events must be community-focused, free, and open to the public to qualify for in-kind facility use. Following each in-kind event, a brief post-event survey is required for reporting purposes. Failure to complete the survey may impact eligibility for future in-kind opportunities.

• If an event is not free or not open to the community, a facility use fee will apply. Until further notice, if you are looking to book an event on a Saturday that is not the first Saturday of the month, a facility use fee will automatically apply.

• All rooms are set up in a classroom-style layout. If your event requires a different setup, an additional fee will apply.

• All users of Nevada Partners facilities assume full responsibility for their event and agree to hold Nevada Partners harmless from any liability, claims, or damages arising from the use of the premises.
