Consent, Authorization, and Communications

By signing below, the business and each owner, officer, or principal ("Applicant") authorizes Quantum Strategy Partners LLC ("QSP"), its affiliates, successors, assigns, designees, funding intermediaries, and funding sources to obtain consumer and business credit reports, bank statements, processing statements, and other information from third parties to evaluate and assist Applicant in obtaining commercial financing.

Applicant further authorizes QSP to share, reproduce, and submit this application and supporting documents to funding sources. If a funding source requires a different application format, Applicant appoints QSP as its limited agent to complete and submit the application using the information provided, and authorizes QSP to reproduce Applicant's signature solely for that purpose. This authorization remains effective until revoked in writing.

Applicant also authorizes creditors, financial institutions, and other third parties to release relevant information to QSP and participating funding sources.

Applicant consents to receive calls, emails, and text messages from QSP regarding this application and financing opportunities, including communications using automated dialing systems or prerecorded messages. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to obtain financing and may be revoked at any time by replying STOP to a text message or by notifying QSP in writing.
