This Privacy Policy, hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy", is entered into this by and between:

Strive2Write LLC , a Limited Liability Company, registered in the State of New Hampshire, hereinafter referred to as "Agency" and any user providing personal information to Strive2Write, herein after referred to as the "Customer"

The Parties agree to the following recitals:

I. NON-DISCLOSURE

Both parties mutually agree that certain confidential information may be exchanged during the course of this Agreement. To ensure the protection of such information and in consideration of the agreement to exchange said information, the parties agree not to disclose any personal information to the public.

a. Personal Information relevant to the Customer

The Client agrees that the Agency may, from time to time, share testimonials and results achieved as a result of service provided for marketing purposes. The Agency agrees to inform Customer if results based on their child's individual progress will be shared. The Client can request that any personal information be omitted from case studies and testimonials.

The Client understands that our website uses certain tracking techniques, such as cookies, to understand more about the customers actions. This acts as a valuable tool for the Agency's marketing. However, any information directly shared with the Agency will not be disclosed to any other business or entity for any purpose.
