Five Star Athletics Season 17 Registration Terms & Conditions

By completing this registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: (1) Tryout Requirement All athletes are required to schedule a tryout. After you have completed your registration and down payment, you will receive a link to schedule your tryout session. Tryouts allow our coaches to evaluate each athlete and determine the best team placement for the upcoming season. (2) Team Placement – Athletes are signing up to be a part of Five Star Athletics, not to be on a specific team. Team placements are determined by our coaching staff based on tryout evaluations, athlete age, skill level, and team needs. While we consider athlete preferences, final team placement decisions are made by Five Star Athletics. (3) Down Payment & Refund Policy – All down payments are non-refundable. However, if you decide not to participate on a team, your down payment will be credited to your athlete's account. This credit can be used toward any services that Five Star Athletics provides, including classes, camps, clinics, private lessons, and other programs.
