Taste of Central Florida is a featured lunchtime experience at the 2026 Central Florida Business Expo: Breakthrough: Leading Change, Unlocking Growth, on Wednesday, September 30 at the RP Funding Center.

There is no fee to participate—a $1,500 value. Participating food vendors will have the opportunity to introduce their food and business to Expo attendees through at least 500 small, complimentary samples.

Each vendor will receive a 10 ft. × 10 ft. space with one 8 ft. table and tablecloth. Vendors are encouraged to bring signage, menus and promotional materials. While not required, you are welcome to incorporate the Breakthrough theme into your presentation or sample offering.

All food must be pre-prepared and ready to serve, as on-site kitchen access is not available. Vendors are responsible for providing all serving equipment and supplies, including chafing dishes, plates, bowls, cups, napkins, utensils and cutlery. Electricity will be available; open flames are not permitted.

Participating vendors must be properly licensed and complete both required Levy contract forms to be considered.
