The purpose of this form is to gather all of the required information that we need to be able to develop and custom build your AI voice agent system. This list is not always every detail we need, but it covers the general basis for our system creation.

Business Operations

This portion will dive into your team, and general business operations we need to train your AI voice agents on for your unique business.

We need you to fill in your and your employee's names, contact number (if a direct line exists or a cell phone they want calls to be transferred to), and choose what role each employee fulfills within your company.

You can select more than one employee if they fill out multiple roles. Your legacy agent will determine the outcome of a call based on 5 outcomes. 


If there is only 1 employee or agent, or an area of outcome is not assigned, we will by default assign the owner agent as the primary contact for each category to disburse or complete.

AI Integration Goals

As our AI abilities and features expand, we are always adapting our systems to match. This section will inquire more on the integrations side of the system setup and preferences.
