About the Instructor
Prabha Seshan is a working professional and continuing student. She believes in lifelong learning and brings together her love for learning, yoga, Sanskrit, and the timeless tradition of slokas and mantras. Her journey with Sanskrit and chanting comes out of curiosity and a desire to understand the deeper meaning behind the words.
She believes that learning slokas is not just about memorizing verses, but about developing focus, mindfulness, pronunciation, and an appreciation for our rich cultural heritage. Outside of work and studies, she enjoys practicing yoga, spending time with animals, and volunteering in her community.
