Welcome to the Archers LIFE Program!

By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Access Duration

Your access to the LIFE Program is valid for one (1) school year from the date your account is activated.

At the end of the access period, your account and program access will automatically expire unless renewed.

2. Personal Use Only

Your enrollment is intended for the registered family only.

Your account, login credentials, videos, downloadable resources, worksheets, and all program materials may not be shared, transferred, sold, or distributed to individuals or families who are not part of your registered household.

3. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, workbooks, templates, downloads, graphics, and other resources are the intellectual property of Archers Education and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, publish, upload, distribute, or use any portion of the program for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Archers Education.

4. Recording and Redistribution

Recording, screen recording, downloading videos through unauthorized means, copying lessons, or redistributing any part of the program is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action when necessary.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Please keep your account information secure and notify Archers Education immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

6. Program Updates

Archers Education may improve, update, or revise the program content throughout the school year to provide the best possible learning experience.

7. Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for providing a stable internet connection and a compatible device to access the program.

Archers Education is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet service providers, device issues, or third-party platform outages.

8. Refund Policy

Enrollment fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been verified and program access has been granted, except where otherwise required by applicable law or when approved by Archers Education under exceptional circumstances.

9. Suspension or Termination

Archers Education reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if these Terms of Use are violated, including but not limited to unauthorized account sharing, distribution of materials, misuse of the platform, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

10. Agreement

By enrolling in the Archers LIFE Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
