DELTA Roofing & Construction, LLC

By requesting a roofing inspection and/or related services from DRCS DELTA Roofing & Construction, LLC (“Contractor”), the individual or entity submitting the request (“Client”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Authorization to Proceed
   The individual requesting service affirms they are the owner, legal representative, or authorized agent of the commercial property listed and have the full legal authority to request, approve, and sign for inspections, estimates, contracts, and payments associated with the requested roofing services.

2. Scope of Services
   DELTA Roofing & Construction will conduct a roof inspection and provide findings related to the roof’s condition. If applicable, recommendations or a proposal for repair, replacement, or maintenance will be provided. No repair work will begin without written approval of the proposal and signed authorization from the Client.

3. Inspection Limitations
   The inspection may include visual and physical assessment of accessible roofing areas. DELTA Roofing & Construction is not responsible for issues or damage not visible or accessible during the inspection.

4. Payment Responsibility
   The Client agrees to be financially responsible for all services rendered, including inspection fees (if applicable), material costs, labor, and any approved additional work. If services are covered by insurance, the Client remains liable for any amounts not paid by their insurer, including deductibles or uncovered items.

5. Project Approval and Sign-Off
   No work will be performed without a signed proposal or work authorization. The signer confirms they are legally permitted to enter into binding agreements on behalf of the property owner or company.

6. Permits and Code Compliance
   DELTA Roofing & Construction will obtain any necessary permits and perform all services in compliance with applicable local and state building codes.

7. Warranties
   All workmanship is backed by DELTA Roofing & Construction’s 2-year limited transferable workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary based on selected materials and will be disclosed at time of contract.

8. Limitation of Liability
   DELTA Roofing & Construction is not liable for pre-existing damage, structural deficiencies, or any incidental or consequential damages resulting from conditions beyond our control, including delays caused by weather, suppliers, or property access issues.

9. Cancellations and Changes
   Inspection cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes to approved work must be requested in writing and may affect the project timeline and pricing.

10. Governing Law
    These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
