Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Client Success Manager with a high ticket sales background. You will be responsible for being at the front line, playing a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and guiding them to full adoption and absorption of our programs and services, and ensuring our clients achieve their goals. Your mission is to retain and grow the business revenue by identifying and implementing the Cody Yeh programs and services that will help our clients recognize profits, value and meet their goals. You will work closely with the people on the sales, coaches and operations teams to grow and retain our client base.

The role requires you to be a confident self-starter with strong project management skills. We value entrepreneurial thinking, and the pace of our business requires a fast and focused attitude. You must bring an enthusiastic business ethic, a service-oriented ethos and be a team player who can work independently and collectively in a unique virtual environment. Your earnings would consist of a base pay plus bonuses, based on your experience and the revenue generated from growing and retaining our client base.

Responsibilities:

- Increase company revenue by identifying and carrying out program renewal, referral and upgrade sales from our existing clients.

- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with our high net-worth clients who are investors and traders.

- Ensure clients understand and experience the profits and values Cody Yeh delivers.

- Proactively meet with clients virtually and in person to check on clients’ milestone achievements, identify and carry out program renewal, referral and upgrade sales, and engage in clients’ success issue resolution.

- Maintain a detailed log of clients’ goals, status and issues. (we provide tracking system)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Coaches and Operations, to ensure an exceptional client experience and provide insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently

- Maintain a keen understanding of the Cody Yeh program offerings and updates. Uphold the values of Cody Yeh in all interactions and decision-making processes.

- Represent yourself and our brand in a highly professional manner

Skills requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in customer success management or equivalent role.

- Proven proficiency in customer retention and growth in a B2C environment.

- Results-focused

- Experience in sales is required.

- Experience in customer service is required.

- Experience in stock option trading is preferred.

- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership, teamwork, & cross-group collaboration abilities.

- Experience with using Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

- Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings and mornings.

- Integrity, accountability and passion are essential for this role
