DTMG Church Digital Services Agreement 

This Agreement is made between Davis Thorpe Media Group (DTMG), hereafter referred to as 'Provider', and the undersigned Church, hereafter referred to as 'Client'. 

1. Services Provided 

DTMG agrees to provide the following services as outlined in the selected plan (Essentials, Growth, or Ultimate): 
- Website development and hosting 
- Social media content creation and scheduling 
- Email, SMS, MMS, and AI-powered communication tools 
- Google Workspace setup and management 
- Google Voice shared number setup 
- CRM automation workflows via GoHighLevel 
- Engagement dashboards and reports 
- Unlimited AI text conversations 

2. Pricing and Payment Terms 

Client agrees to the following pricing structure based on selected plan: 
- Essentials: $497/month + $994 one-time setup 
- Growth: $997/month + $1,994 one-time setup 
- Ultimate: $1,497/month + $2,994 one-time setup 
 
Payment is due prior to the start of service. Monthly services are billed on the 1st of each month. Setup fees are non-refundable. 

3. Term and Termination 

This Agreement is month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice by either party. Upon cancellation, client retains access to all completed deliverables but relinquishes access to the platform and automation features managed by DTMG. 

4. Responsibilities of the Client 

Client agrees to: 
- Provide timely content, feedback, and access to domain/email accounts 
- Comply with all communication regulations and anti-spam policies 
- Assign one point of contact for approvals and questions 

5. Limitation of Liability 

DTMG will not be liable for any indirect damages related to use of third-party tools such as Google Workspace, GoHighLevel, or Google Voice. Client is responsible for reviewing final materials prior to sending. 

6. Acceptance 

By signing below, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.
