We're so glad you're considering care with us. To make sure this is the right fit from day one, we ask every new patient to review the following policies before booking. These are non-negotiable - and being on the same page upfront makes the whole experience better for everyone.
Lightning VIP does not accept insurance of any kind, and we do not provide ICD-10 diagnosis codes that would allow you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company on your own. Even if you plan to submit a claim yourself, your insurer will request medical records and proof of medical necessity from us — and we will not fulfill those requests.
⚠ If you are counting on insurance to cover any portion of your care, please do not book. All services are self-pay only.
At this time, we do not accept Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) cards as a form of payment for any of our services. We appreciate your understanding as our payment options continue to evolve.
⚠ If you were planning to use an FSA or HSA card to pay for your care, please do not book until we confirm this option is available.
Lightning VIP is not a Medicare-participating provider and cannot submit claims to Medicare on your behalf. Medicare will NOT reimburse you for services received at our practice. If you are a Medicare beneficiary, please review this carefully before proceeding.
We require a $50 non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit to hold every appointment. Here's how it works:
To cancel or reschedule without penalty, you must notify us at least 16 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
If you no-show or cancel with less than 16 hours' notice, your $50 deposit is forfeited — no exceptions.
To reschedule after a no-show or late cancel, a new $50 deposit is required before a new appointment can be held.
⚠ We understand that life happens - but we are unable to make exceptions to this policy regardless of circumstances. If you cannot commit to this, please do not book.
As a new patient, you'll receive intake forms that must be completed and submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to prepare thoroughly and give you the time and attention you deserve.
If your paperwork is not received by the 24-hour mark, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and your $50 deposit will be forfeited. You are welcome to rebook — with a new deposit — once your forms have been submitted.

Lightning VIP is cash-pay only. No insurance billing or ICD-10 codes will be provided.
