By signing, I acknowledge that I have read and understood all of the terms of this Release and Assumption and that I am voluntarily giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue the Releasee. 

Media/Data Release: I hereby give permission for images captured during Horse Activities through audio, video, photo and digital camera recording to be used for the purposes of promotional material and publications, and I waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto. I hereby consent (in accordance with GDPR) for my information to be stored by Tula Vida and to be used for the Tula Vida mailing list.*
