Dumpster Placement Instructions

TERMS & CONDITIONS *

I understand that my rental includes five calendar days and the weight allowance for my selected dumpster: 10-yard — 2,000 lbs; 15-yard — 3,000 lbs; 20-yard — 4,000 lbs. Additional rental days cost $25 per day. Weight above the included allowance costs $250 per 1 U.S. ton, prorated at $0.13 cents per excess pound, based on the disposal facility’s scale ticket. For example, 500 excess pounds costs $65.

I have read and agree to DUMPT LLC’s Rental Terms & Conditions,including delivery and pickup requirements, safe loading, prohibited materials, special-item charges, and cancellation policies. I will provide a safe, firm, accessible placement location, obtain any required permits, keep access clear, and keep all material below the container’s top rail.

I understand that my checkout payment covers the base rental and that additional charges may apply. I agree to pay for excess weight, additional rental days, special-handling items, prohibited-material disposal, failed-service trips, and customer-caused equipment damage as described in the Rental Terms & Conditions. DUMPT LLC will provide an itemized invoice and applicable supporting documentation, including the scale ticket for weight overages. Payment is due upon receipt.
