We’re excited to learn that you are ready to contract with D9 for your Medicare appointments! 

To get the ball rolling, there are a couple of steps that need to be taken:

1. For each of the carriers you intend to contract with, if you require a release, request them now / have those available when starting the contracting process. This will ensure that the process goes smoothly once started. You can access a Release Template HERE.

2. Click “Request My Contracts” below to access the contracting site. Once opened, click the "Sign-up" button in the lower right-hand corner to get started.

3. After setting your account up, enter the following referral code DP-000423 to begin requesting your contracts.
