Many physical therapists would like to become involved in the field of sports PT, but often either believe that the opportunities are too limited or are just unsure how to get involved. This session will enable participants to hear the varied backgrounds and settings of current sports physical therapists, including those involved with international competition, professional sports, NCAA Division I athletics, academics, tactical athletes research, and private practice. Each therapist has a unique background and path to their current position and will provide insight into current and future opportunities in sports physical therapy.
