Infinity Line™ – Terms of Use

Welcome to Infinity Line™, your 24/7 AI-powered voice receptionist service built for South African service businesses — including plumbers, contractors, electricians, landscapers, and other small, hands-on teams.

By using, subscribing to, or accessing any Infinity Line™ services, website, dashboard, or tools (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

Please read carefully. These Terms govern your relationship with Infinity Line™, operated by Voice Ai Pty Ltd, a registered South African company.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorised to act on behalf of your business. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.


2. Services Provided

Infinity Line™ provides automated voice receptionist services via AI, helping small service businesses answer calls professionally — even when they’re busy on a job.

Depending on your selected plan (LightLine™, SmartLine™, or MaxLine™), services may include:

  • 24/7 call answering

  • Job enquiry collection and notifications

  • Automated WhatsApp/SMS/email follow-ups

  • Call routing and alerts for urgent matters

  • Caller tone customization and basic call reporting

  • Lead tagging (SmartLine and MaxLine only)

Features may evolve over time. You will be notified of any significant changes or additions.


3. Subscription & Payment

3.1 Subscription Terms

Infinity Line™ is a monthly subscription service. By subscribing, you authorise us to bill your selected payment method for the applicable monthly fee.

3.2 Invoicing & Payment

Invoices are issued at the start of each billing cycle and payable in advance. If payment is not received, your service may be paused or suspended until resolved.

3.3 Pricing Adjustments

We may revise pricing with 30 days' written notice via email. Continued use of the Service after the notice period means you accept the new rates.


4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date business information

  • Keep login credentials secure

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorised access

  • Use the Service lawfully and not for deceptive or abusive purposes

You remain responsible for all activity linked to your account.


5. Service Availability & Fair Use

We aim for continuous service, but 100% uptime is not guaranteed. Our systems rely on third-party infrastructure (e.g., telecoms, cloud providers). We’re not liable for interruptions caused by these platforms.

We reserve the right to limit, pause, or suspend services if:

  • Your usage exceeds fair operational limits

  • There is abuse, fraud, or non-payment

  • These Terms are violated


6. Data Use & Privacy

We take privacy seriously. All customer data (e.g., names, phone numbers, call content) is processed in line with South Africa’s POPIA law and our [Privacy Policy].

You retain ownership of any customer information collected on your behalf.

We may use anonymised data to improve service quality. Transcripts and recordings may be reviewed internally (under confidentiality) for training, troubleshooting, or performance improvements.


7. Intellectual Property

All branding, voice systems, software, and content developed by Infinity Line™ remain our intellectual property. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the service without written permission.

You retain full rights to content you supply, such as your business greetings, service descriptions, or instructions.


8. Cancellation & Termination

8.1 Cancellation by You

You may cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice. Service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

8.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if:

  • Payment is overdue by more than 14 days

  • You breach these Terms

  • Your use poses legal, reputational, or technical risk

After termination, your account and stored data will be removed. Please export any needed info before closure.


9. Disclaimers

Infinity Line™ is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim to offer reliable service, we cannot guarantee it will meet every expectation or be free from interruption or error.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including those of fitness for a particular purpose.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last three (3) months


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinity Line™, its staff, partners, and affiliates from any claims or losses related to your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or misuse of the platform.


12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard. Continuing to use the service after updates means you accept the new Terms.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled in South African courts.
