I understand that the 13-week Defects Liability Period relates to defects associated with the construction of my home and does not generally cover general wear and tear, routine maintenance, damage caused after handover, or matters outside Morr's scope of responsibility. I understand that submitting a request does not mean the item is automatically accepted as a defect, maintenance or warranty item, and that Morr will assess each request.

I understand that urgent issues requiring immediate attention, including burst pipes, electrical faults or significant leaks, should be reported directly to Morr Head Office on (02) 6583 9618. I will not arrange work directly with Morr's trades without prior approval, except where action is required for an urgent issue.
