Cancellation Policy

Once enrolled, you may cancel before release of course materials to you. Once you have begun the online course there is no refund.*

We understand that "stuff happens", if you need to reschedule your in-person training, our policy is as follows:

With notice of 7-days or more you may reschedule your in-person training to a future date.
If less than 7-days there will be a rescheduling fee added to your tuition of $150.

While this may seem unfair it is necessary for us to know in advance how many students will be attending so we can pair students up for practice sessions. Last minute cancellations make it difficult to manage and often require us to bring in an additional facilitator/staff to fill in.

*Course materials include online portal training materials that are released once your enrollment is confirmed.
