• Customer Obligations:

  • Ensure supplied materials (liquid, labels, cans) meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

  • Indemnify PromoWater LTD against claims arising from defective or non-compliant customer-supplied materials or intellectual property issues.

• Liability Limitations:

  • No liability for third-party issues (water quality, printing defects).

  • Liability limited to the Charges for affected services, capped at 125% of the Order value.

• Delivery and Storage:

  • Delivery times are estimates, and delays caused by third-party logistics are not the company’s liability.

  • Uncollected goods may incur additional storage fees.

• Force Majeure:

  • PromoWater LTD is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond its control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, third-party delays).

• Entire Agreement:

  • These T&Cs form the entire agreement; amendments require written consent.

  • Governing law: England and Wales, with disputes resolved in its courts.

Billing Terms

1. Sample Fee: £150 for a physical sample.

2. Design Services: £200 per day for design services (if required). Design checks are free of charge.

3. Payment Schedule:

   • 60% payment due upon Order confirmation.

   • 40% payment due upon delivery.

4. Credit Terms: Available after the first order, subject to satisfactory credit checks.

5. Bulk Discounts: Discounts available for bulk orders – please inquire for details.
