What We’re Looking For: At Ovation Dance, we are looking for instructors who are passionate about dance education and excited to inspire the next generation of dancers. Our teachers create welcoming classrooms where students feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow.

Ideal candidates are dependable, creative, and enjoy working collaboratively with other instructors while building positive relationships with students and families.

Teaching & Responsibilities:

Inspire and guide students as they explore their abilities and grow in confidence
Plan and lead engaging dance classes that support strong technique and creativity
Demonstrate and explain proper dance technique
Create choreography for performances and recitals when assigned
Collaborate with other instructors and studio staff
Foster a welcoming, positive studio culture aligned with Ovation’s core values

Requirements & Studio Info:

At least 1 year of dance teaching experience preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
Reliable transportation and strong communication skills
Evening availability (Monday–Thursday after 4pm, occasional Saturdays)
Ability to teach multiple age groups and styles

Working With Ovation:

Production materials and costs are covered by the studio
Ovation manages enrollment, billing, and marketing
Paychecks issued via direct deposit every other Friday
